Cancellation / Return Policy


Can I Cancel My Order?
We only create, print and ship when an order is received. Everything we do is 'made-to-order.' An order goes into a production queue as soon as possible to ensure every customer gets their order quickly. We are not able to cancel orders.

Do You Accept Returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges because everything is 'made-to-order' and immediately sent to be printed once the purchase is made. If your order is damaged during shipping, you will be asked to take photos of it and the packaging so we can issue you a reprint.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we will ask you to please take one or more digital photos of the item and one or more of the shipping container it arrived in. We will work directly with our printing partner to ensure you receive a damage free product.

What If I Don't Like The Finished Product
We are artists and we understand that creative design and artwork is very subjective. For this reason, we provide as many photos of our products as possible so you know exactly how it will look when it arrives. We want you to be happy with your purchase and be proud to display the art in your home or place of business. We are serious about product quality and in order to offer low prices and free shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
